Title: MCDM-group decision with partial information using FITradeoff for Preference Elicitation
Abstract: Preference Elicitation is one of the most relevant issues in multicriteria decision problems with group decision process. In Group Decision related to Multicriteria problems the facilitation process demands contributions in the intersection of many topics, such as: analytical constructs, cognitive process of individuals and the social interaction process of a group of decision makers (DMs). This presentation shows the use of FITradeoff for preference elicitation with partial information. FITradeoff (Flexible and Interactive Tradeoff) is an elicitation procedure for additive models in MAVT scope. Although, behavioral studies have shown inconsistences during elicitation, when using the classical tradeoff procedure, it is one of the approaches with strongest theoretical foundation. The FITradeoff reduces DM’s effort in the process, by using partial information, thereby contributing for reducing inconsistences.
